SPICY BIRYANI MASALA
This spicy biryani masala can be used with chicken, meat, king prawns or veg.
• 100g resealable sachet - makes a big pot of biryani for 5-6 people.
If cooking with veg then mushrooms, green beans and potatoes are a good combo!
• For a vegan option all you need to do is switch the yogurt for dairy free yogurt.
• Ingredients: garlic powder, ginger powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, Himalayan pink salt, ground black pepper, dried plums, cloves, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, bay leaves
FRIED FISH MASALA
My delicious, spicy fish mix, suitable for frying, baking or grilling and lovingly created in my kitchen. All you have to do is add oil and rub over your fish - it’s that easy!
• 80g resealable sachet
• Use 1tsp spice and 2tsp oil per 2 pieces of fish or more if you want it really spicy
• Ingredients: curry powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, himalayan pink salt, chilli powder, chilli flakes, parsley
KEEMA SPICE MIX
Use for keema bhuna, curry or samosa filling. Medium spice with lots of flavour!
• 80g resealable sachet
• Use half a packet per 500g of mince
• Ingredients: paprika, garlic powder, ginger powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, curry powder, chilli powder, chilli flakes, himalayan pink salt, cinnamon, ground cloves, cardamom powder, bay leaves
