Introducing my very first spice mix, lovingly created in my kitchen. This spicy biryani masala can be used with chicken, meat, king prawns or veg.

• 100g sachet - makes a big pot of biryani for 5-6 people.

If cooking with veg then mushrooms, green beans and potatoes are a good combo!

• For a vegan option all you need to do is switch the yogurt for dairy free yogurt.

• Ingredients: garlic powder, ginger powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, Himalayan pink salt, ground black pepper, dried plums, cloves, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, bay leaves
